Assigned to create Effective and Efficient organizations, through various approaches.Familiar with the task of Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Change Management, Culture (corporate culture), Performance Management, and other instruments. The aim is to make organizations more prepared for business, technology, market, economic, and other challenges.


Job Responsibilities :

  1. Plan, develop and implement organizational development strategies (covering specific areas relevant to organizational structure and others)
  2. Establish and maintain appropriate systems to measure important aspects of organizational performance and human resource planning
  3. Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
  4. Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures. 
  5. Design a proper job description according to the vision and mission of company
  6. Create competency models; Job Description Evaluation. Management system and performance measurement based on competency / merit system
  7. Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company. 
  8. Training Need Analysis (TNA)
  9. Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees. 
  10. Preparing administration which is related with training activity; making report of training recapitulation
  11. Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments. Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance. 
  12. Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
  13. Other programs related to development: effective career model design, talent management design, management of learning process and employee development
Requirements :

  3. Experience in deliver and facilitate training, both in-class or outdoor
  4. Minimum experience 3-4 years in Organization & Development area
  5. Fluent in English, both oral and written
